What are cookies?

Cookies store a small amount of info on your computer linked to your username on your preferred 101 settings. Eg if you select: ‘save password’ in your browser when you login, your browser will remember your details next time you login.

What info do we ‘collect’?

We have a few cookies that are there purely to make the site work properly. We collect a tiny amount of data only to help us serve you the right pages and working services on 101. I have no interest in or means to collect your surfing data via cookies to sell and profit from it as is standard procedure on social networks and search engines. The only data 101 hold is a small amount of cookie data to ensure the site works according to your preferred 101 site settings, and a few personal details for security reasons that are unrelated to cookies like name and email address. I would never knowingly collect or pass on any member’s personal data to anyone – ever – as I would consider this a breach of privacy if this was done to me.

Google

When you visit any website sites like Google collect data regarding your surfing in order to serve you the most relevant adverts. Even though 101 has Google ads served automatically from Google (not chosen by us) 101 does NOT have access or see this data, or have any information regarding your web surfing habits – we don’t even track your 101 surfing activity.

How do I clear and rest my cookie data?

Doing this will possibly mean you have to enter some details again such as login info etc which should not be a huge problem. To reset/delete your cookie data relating to any sites you visit, go to your browser Settings and select; ‘clear cookies’.
