101 has served many different people groups and Christian singles communities around the world since it was designed in 1998-9 and launched in 2000. These include single Christians from all church denominations such as Methodist, Lutherans, Protestant, Pentecostal, Messianic, Mennonite Catholic, Presbyterian, Nazarene and Orthodox singles as well as international Christians from all over the globe including Asia, Europe, Australia, UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Canada, Russia, Brazil and we have members from just about every country where there are Christians and churches!
101 free Christian Singles website has initiated hundreds and hundreds of successful marriages internationally and helped in the creation of dozens of godly Christian families – some stories of which you can read about on our testimonials and success stories pages.
One of the things we pride ourselves on is being a safe website where singles can be free from Internet scammers and fake profiles as believe it or not, many dating services – especially the free ones and almost without exception, are made up of largely bogus profiles. 101 are very careful to manually vet every single new member’s profile and account and also monitor the site with our member’s help 24-7. Christian Communities in ancient times!
Christianity is a massive religion, in fact until very recently it was the worlds largest religion with Islam a close second. Since it first formed roots from the early Christian apostles, and then from the Council of Nicaea and beyond it has branched out into into thousands of different communities and denominations around the world.
Nowadays though it is in decline compared to some newer religions such as Islam and others like the New-Age movement which is growing in leaps and bounds, despite what many statistical scholars say, but is well in line with what the Bible foretells will happen in later times as people become more and more atheistic and God becomes a more and more unlikely concept to many scientific communities that then push this ideology onto churches, into schools and homes via TV, books and other media outlets.
We should not worry about this because in fact we should expect it. The good news is that groups and communities and pockets of sincere believers will always exist all over the world, from every nation tribe and tongue and this will continue until the end. I will be adding more information and articles on Christian communities around the world as this site develops as an information recourse regarding groups and communities that share common characteristics and interests in the Christian world.
