Main Chatroom Help
| All Devices (see mobile/Tablet Users below) | |
| ● If you don’t see area to type text in Main Chatroom (where all users are) – click ‘global’ at top of chat window. | |
| ● To private chat, hover over a username in the user list (in right panel) and click [Send A Message]. | |
| ● To view user profile, hover over name in list on right and click their name. | |
| ● Chat is also available in some groups – click Chat tab. Also see ‘Groups’ link above. | |
| ● To open/close chat widows click + and – icons on windows. | |
| ● To see/reply to unread messages you received offline, click speech bubble. | |
| ● Turn sounds on/off or change font colour click ‘Customise’ bottom right page. | |
Mobile/Tablet Users | |
| ● To see chat user list tap people icon top right of page. Tap again to return to main chatroom. | |
| ● To scroll entire page (eg to find text input box or this help guide) swipe up/down on outer border of screen. | |
| ● To scroll centre screen only (ie chat messages), tap centre twice then scroll up/down as normal. | |
| ● Private chat by tapping user list (people icon) then tapping username. | |
| ● Switch between main chatroom (all members) and private chats by tapping < > arrows. | |
| ● Close chatroom window by tapping – icon (+ to re-open). | |
