Firstly, God bless you and your work on the Christian dating site. I am writing because I have been a member of 101 free Christian dating service for several years and, although I have made a few good friends on here, I struggled to find the one. I divorced my first wife 20 years ago after she had affairs and spent most of that time on my own. I met a few lovely women on the site and became good friends with them but nothing more.
Early last year I made a conscious decision to start putting God first in every aspect of my life and made a new commitment to Him with 3 goals to achieve, I achieved these. I did take myself off 101 before this re-commitment because I became very disillusioned with the whole dating scene but after making this new commitment I felt led to reactivate my profile on 101. The first woman I wrote to responded and we hit it off immediately!
It was like God had connected us and that was last August. We have now be married for just over 3 weeks and still stand amazed at the grace of God with all the things we share in life with regards to likes and preferences and life experiences and also future goals in life. I have enclosed a photo taken at our wedding.
