This is a somewhat unusual Christian singles success testimonial – though similar occurrences have happened a few times since 101FREEChristianDating began as Fusion101.com way back in 2000.
The fellow pictured in the screenshot I took of his Fusion101 profile webpage some years back under the name of ‘woolsh’ had met someone nice on the site (according to his own words below), and in the excitement and presumably rush to meet and everything else that goes with getting to know someone and marriage, forgot he had a profile on 101 – or to delete it.
He also forgot to let me know that he’d got married – but I’ve let him off because a) it’s pretty normal for most people that get married on my sites NOT to let me know with all the business of meeting someone – but b) he left a really nice message on the site instead for other members to be encouraged by!
Anyway.. a couple of years later (I assume as the message he posted on his profile below says he now has “3 kids”) he must have remembered he had a profile – probably as he received a message from a member that had him in their favorites list or who had previously sent him some messages (inactive profiles are hidden after so many months) and rather than delete his profile, or request it be deleted – removed all the information from it and left the message featured below in the first Q&A section.
It was some years later when I was doing some site house-cleaning I came across it still there, though by now hidden from the search feature. So I took a screenshot, and today – several years later (I rarely get time to add testimonials and being a one-man-band have lost more than I want to think about – once I lost a laptop full – well an email account’s worth of testimonials and wedding photos when the laptop I was storing them on died) – I managed to add his nice message to other fusion101 members to my success stories pages!
The message left on his profile to encourage other single Christians on the site..
