This is within reason of course &#8211; many a time have I gone overboard with one particular ingredient in a recipe when the key is to simply taste as you go slowly!<\/p>\n<p>That said you can use most vegetables, pulses or grains with any sauce you prefer on your salads like oyster or soy.\u00a0 If you don&#8217;t want savoury flavours then make a sweet salad using different combinations of fresh fruit.
