First – some email providers may inadvertently send our mail to spam.<\/b> Note: to avoid being blacklisted as spammers we only send ‘New Mail’ alerts at the moment<\/strong> (login to check for waves\/matches etc). To get New Mail alerts (and others when we enable them) follow steps below.<\/p>\n

  1. IS YOUR EMAIL VERIFIED? <\/strong><\/span>Check here<\/a> or login<\/a> and click cog icon. Check email is correct format<\/a> (abcd@domain.com – no invalid characters like ‘,’ or spaces before\/after).<\/li>\n
  2. Search for fusion101<\/strong><\/em> in your mailboxes. Click and drag our emails out of your SPAM\/JUNK to your inbox.<\/li>\n
  3. Mark them Not-Spam (see how here<\/a> or how to mark email incorrectly flagged as spam as safe<\/a>).<\/li>\n
  4. Add\u00a0to your Safe Sender<\/em> list; message@mail.fusion101.net<\/a> and <\/em>notification@mail.fusion101.net<\/a> and <\/em>support@mail.fusion101.com<\/a> .<\/li>\n
  5. Add an email we know works here<\/a> on Fusion101 to your 101 account –\u00a0Gmail<\/a> best | Aol<\/a> | Hotmail<\/a> |\u00a0iCloud\/Apple Mail<\/a> | GMX<\/a> | Zoho<\/a> |\u00a0Yandex<\/a> | Yahoo<\/a> (YAHOO may block our mail!).<\/li>\n
  6. Add a mobile number here<\/a>\u00a0so you will get text alerts (we are adding this feature).<\/li>\n
