Not getting ‘New Mail’ or other alerts to your email (Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail etc) about activity on your profile like waves, profile views, matches? First – some email providers may inadvertently send our mail to spam. Note: to avoid being blacklisted as spammers we only send ‘New Mail’ alerts at the moment (login to check for waves/matches etc). To get New Mail alerts (and others when we enable them) follow steps below.

  1. IS YOUR EMAIL VERIFIED? Check here or login and click cog icon. Check email is correct format (abcd@domain.com – no invalid characters like ‘,’ or spaces before/after).
  2. Search for fusion101 in your mailboxes. Click and drag our emails out of your SPAM/JUNK to your inbox.
  3. Mark them Not-Spam (see how here or how to mark email incorrectly flagged as spam as safe).
  4. Add to your Safe Sender list; message@mail.fusion101.net and notification@mail.fusion101.net and support@mail.fusion101.com .
  5. Add an email we know works here on Fusion101 to your 101 account – Gmail best | Aol | HotmailiCloud/Apple Mail | GMX | ZohoYandex | Yahoo (YAHOO may block our mail!).
  6. Add a mobile number here so you will get text alerts (we are adding this feature).
  7. If all fails – email me (epgb101@gmail.com) with email and username – your email may have bounced and been blocked. I will unblock. Meantime check for new mail and other activity relating to your profile.
